Coaching Tips

* Whether it's an under 6 Soccer team or a group of high achieving Gymnasts training should involve an element of fun.

* Add in skills tests against the clock or who can kick or trough the furthest etc.

* Make it fun for the kids so they don't notice they're getting fit.

* Set regular quizzes regarding the rules of the game. Try acting them out so the kids can see what not to do.
